An American Immigration Policy

There has been a lot of hot debate over this issue of the illegal immigration problem.  The fact that most americans about 80% or so want the borders controled much more than they are currently is an area that seems over looked by our elected officials.  I however have a suggestion for a real policy concerning this issue.

1.  All illegal immigrants that have been established in this country for five years that have not committed a serious misdomener or felony ca apply for either citizenship or a resident work permit.

2.  They must be sponcered by the employer who needs them so desperately for the processing cost.

3.  All Employers must first offer those jobs to american citizens and proof of this must be provided for verification.

4.  All immigrants must upon approval for processing participate in an Amricanization process that inludes trainig in (a) English (b) Major Theme in US History (c) Fundamentals in US Civil and Constitutional Law.  This trainig will be funded by the employer as part of thier sponcering fees.  This program will run for no less than one year of training.

5.  All back Taxes will be paid by both the sponcsring emloyer and employee in a 70/30 split the employer paying the most 70%.

6.  All taxes collected will be distributed respectively to both Federal and State Governments.

7.  Any immigrant who has committed a serious misdomener or felony can not apply and must return to his native country as they will be barred from entry period.

8.  Any immagrant who is unwilling to participate in the process for citizenship or resident worker will not be allowed to stay in the country.

9.  Last all immigrants will be on a one year probation where if any crime deemed serious is committed (to Including two DUI's ) will be grounds of cancelation of status and immediate deportation and denail for entry.

10.  The fence of 700  miles be upgrded to 1,000 miles and the goal of 30,000 border patrol agents be implimented within five years.

I believe that this is a fare and reasonable policy for our specific problem.
